Data Sharing

By downloading or using Know Your Trips ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yashwanth Kamma ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of Know Your Trips. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
Know Your Trips is designed to provide travel safety information, real-time alerts, and AI-powered trip planning. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its related systems.
- Use the App to transmit unsolicited communications or malicious code.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
3. Safety Information Disclaimer
The safety information, alerts, and scores provided by Know Your Trips are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee that the information is complete, current, or error-free. You should not rely solely on this App for safety-critical decisions. Always follow the guidance of local authorities and exercise your own judgement.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Know Your Trips offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions. Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective billing terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Know Your Trips or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services (such as mapping providers and safety data sources). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of those third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Know Your Trips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
